In the manual it mentions that we need to buy a separate tool to dismantle the blade part. Can you please provide a link of where I can get this part?

There’s no need to remove the blade assembly apart from when if it needs to be replaced at some point. If you need a new blade, we include the wrench free of charge to make it easier replacing the part.

For general cleaning, its best is to rinse with hot water immediately after use and handwash if required. After blending thicker or stickier blends, add a drop of dishwash liquid to the jug with a cup lukewarm water and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds. This will clean the blades and loosen the ingredients blended, and the jug can then be handwashed.
