What a great service from you, in these odd times when shipping products is so difficult to predict, you kept us updated on the arrival of the new stock like clockwork.

I have often ordered products online before, but ordering from this company, must have been one of my best online experiences. From the start all my questions were answered promptly and throughout the whole process they were in constant communication. with me.  The delivery was fast, and I could trace it every step of the way.
However, the product was a gift and when it arrived at my daughter’s house, she immediately knew (without even unpacking it) that it was not going to suit the purpose that she wanted to use it for.
I called the company, spoke to the same friendly lady and explained the situation. She immediately   said, without hesitation that we could return the product. She even suggested that they can send the courier the next day to pick it up but seeing that it was already the end of the week, we decided that Monday would be better.
2 Days after the pickup I got another email from her, confirming that that they received the package and once they received the courier invoice (which I was responsible for), that they would straight away do my refund.
I can highly recommend this company and will surely do business with them again. A first-class company with first class people!
