About Delivery

Delivery is FREE on all orders over R850, and costs just R60 for orders under R850. The delivery fee applies to anywhere in South Africa.

Our preferred delivery method is to deliver via courier to your door at the shipping address given on your order. This address can be at your home or office. You will receive emails with courier/waybill detailsas soon as the order is dispatched so that you can track your parcel.

If your order is very small or the area far outlying, we will sometimes send it via Pargo for collection at one of their collection points in your area. We will always check with you first. If your address is in a main centre, we will courier the order to your door, and we will email you courier service tracking details.

We can courier direct to your home or office or to a collection point near you. Please choose Pargo collection on checkout for this option.

We dispatch from South Africa and provided we have stock, your order will be dispatched within 1 – 2 days. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, and orders received before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Where there are delays, we will email you and keep you updated.

Delivery to JHB, Pretoria and Durban takes 1 -2 days (usually one day), and to Cape Town 2-3 days, usually two days.

We do also courier to neighbouring countries at good freight rates. Please email us for details.
